To ensure of that, we offers a 5 days refund or exchange policy (5 days from the date delivered to your address). The refund or exchanges will be accepted if we are notified within 5 days of the receipt and the customer is required to pay the return shipping.
The returned item will need to be in the same condition as it was received and not used or worn. We will refund the price of the piece minus 25% handling fees excluding shipping.

If the newly selected item for exchange has a lower value than the returned item, we will refund the balance value excluding shipping in full. If the newly selected item for exchange has a higher value than the returned item, additional payment will be required to settle the cost difference.
Once a refund/exchange is agreed, please kindly ship back the item using an insured shipping method. If the item received is damaged and not being insured, we will minus the damage cost from the refund amount. We will complete the refund process within a week once we've received the returned item.
