All of our items are handmade to order with much delicate details and care, so please allow 2 weeks for production plus delivery times.


For HONG KONG local customers, all items will be shipped by SF Express and delivery is usually done on the next business day. Our free shipping in Hong Kong only covers delivery to a commercial address or self-pickup at one of SF Express service points. If delivery to a residential or a remote area address is needed, an extra service fee of HK$30 will be charged by SF Express upon delivery. Please feel free to contact us for more information and other alternatives on delivery to a residential or a remote area address.

For USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, UK, NEW ZEALAND, EUROPE & other international customers - we use Priority Air as our standard shipping and the delivery time is usually within 1-2 weeks. Please take note that it might take a few more days to deliver to remote areas.
We recommend not to wait until the last minute to purchase your items, as we are unable to guarantee and control the delivery dates of the local courier in your country using standard shipping method. However, you may choose to upgrade the shipping method to UPS which a delivery window could be guaranteed. If this is what you needed, please contact us for an UPS shipping quote.
Since all of our items are handmade to order, please understand that sufficient time is needed to create and prepare the items you love. 2 weeks is our standard production time, but if you need the items to be shipped in less than 2 weeks, we could arrange for you a rush order service based on your specific time frame with the following fees:
Additional 20% of the net value of your items for production time within 10-13 days
Additional 30% of the net value of your items for production time within 4-9 days.
Additional 50% of the net value of your items for production time within 3 days.


It is our mission to provide the highest customer satisfaction and a stress-free shopping experience at our shop. To ensure of that, we offers a 5 days refund or exchange policy (5 days from the date delivered to your address). The refund or exchanges will be accepted if we are notified within 5 days of the receipt and the customer is required to pay the return shipping.


The returned item will need to be in the same condition as it was received and not used or worn. We will refund the price of the piece minus 25% handling fees excluding shipping.

than the returned item, we will refund the balance value excluding shipping in full. If the newly selected item for exchange has a higher value than the returned item, additional payment will be required to settle the cost difference.

Once a refund/exchange is agreed, please kindly ship back the item using an insured shipping method. If the item received is damaged and not being insured, we will minus the damage cost from the refund amount. We will complete the refund process within a week once we've received the returned item.

Please kindly note that we do not accept refund or exchange for all custom made or rush orders.

Q: Do you use real pearls and crystals?
A: Yes, we use only genuine fresh water pearls and NOT glass pearls or beads pearls for our pieces. Also, we love the unique shininess and high quality of Swarovski crystals which are simply irreplaceable. We use Swarovski crystals for the majority of our item as stated in the product description. However, for a few items, we've used non-Swarovski crystals from Czech Republic or glass beads for very specify needs in getting the desired shape/ color, we would specify their usage in the product description when applied.

Q: Can you recreate a piece that I saw on a blog/ magazine as a custom order?
A: With respect to all other designers and the recognition of their creativity, hard work and copyright, we will NOT recreate/ copy from other shops/ designers. However, we are more than happy to design an unique custom piece just for you base on what you desire and best suit you. Please send us emails for more details.
